July 17, 2023 – PennDOT is installing a new 18” concrete pipe storm sewer under James Street between Fraley and Carver streets as part of the I-95, Section BS2 construction. Crews are driving piles that will support a 235-foot section of the sewer pipes along with inlets and manholes. Other parts of the sewer run do not need to be pile-supported. Crews are working weekdays between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Pile driving for the sewer run should be completed in the coming weeks.
