August 20, 2024 – The Pennsylvania Department of Transporation (PennDOT) announced today that parking restrictions will be in place on James Street between Fraley and Bridge streets in Northeast Philadelphia beginning on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, and will continue until early 2025 for retaining wall construction.
