Barrels have replaced concrete barriers at the work zone between Cottman Avenue and Bridge Street. Four lanes in each direction are scheduled to be opened between the interchanges this week.

Median barrier installation continues between the Cottman Avenue and Bridge Street interchanges. PennDOT expects to complete mainline work on this contract by year's end, when they will remove the construction barrier and open the 1.4 mile stretch of rebuilt I-95 to four lanes each way.
